The Art of
Northern Thai Chili
We believe great flavour starts with tradition. Baan means "home" — our crispy chili, comes from a recipe passed down in my family in Northern Thailand. Slow-cooked and hand-crafted in small batches, it's the taste of home I grew up with, now brought all the way to your table in New Zealand.

WHAT OUR
CUSTOMERS SAY

"It gives you the crunchiness when you are eating and it's not that aggressive spicy. I really enjoyed with my taco"
David, Colombian.
Caoli, Japanese.
"I'm not really a spicy food person. But crispy fried shallots? I'm sold.
I love adding just a little BAAN for that crispy, savory crunch with a gentle kick of chili."
Mark, New Zealander.
"I like to eat with the chips so good. Spicy yeah.... not too much"
Kevin, Korean.
"I had it with Jajangmyeon and ended up using almost half the pouch!"
